Wayne R. Demmons has been named CEO of Betatronix, LLC, Hauppauge, NY.

Prior to joining Betatronix, Wayne served as Vice President, Aerospace and Defense Focus for Leanovations, LLC where he provided Lean and Business Consulting as well as taking the lead role in business development for Aerospace and Defense. Prior to that, he spent the previous 23 years of his career at four different aerospace and defense businesses including General Electric, Lockheed Martin, AlliedSignal and BAE Systems, where he served in various senior executive roles.

Wayne earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science Magna Cum Laude from Franklin Pierce College. He is also a member of The Board of Examiners for The Shingo Prize.
