As of November 9, 2007, Betatronix Inc. became Betatronix, LLC. In addition to changing our corporate legal structure to being an LLC, an outside investment group has made an investment in Betatronix which will provide Betatronix with access to additional capital to expand our production capabilities and capacity. This change will help Betatronix' continued growth as the leader in custom precision potentiometers.
